Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TideLineJoy ("we", "us") at tidelinejoy.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino; no real-money gambling

The Service provides arcade-style social casino entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling. No gameplay results in cash prizes, cash equivalents, or the ability to win items of real-world monetary value.

2) Virtual coins/items have no cash value

Virtual coins, credits, tokens, or items are for entertainment only, have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable, refundable, or exchangeable for money or anything of value (inside or outside the Service), except where required by New Zealand law.

3) Eligibility; age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must not access or use the Service. We may request age verification and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet this requirement.

4) Accounts & acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, interfere with security, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights.
• We may suspend/terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or to protect the Service or users.

5) Purchases (if offered)

We may offer optional purchases (including in-app purchases) of virtual coins/items. Purchases increase entertainment access only and do not create any cash-out right. Prices, availability, and limits may change. All sales are final unless a refund is required under New Zealand law or the applicable app store’s policies. App stores are not sponsors of the Service.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by or licensed to TideLineJoy and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that virtual items will always be available.

8) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable laws.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
